Olympic Trap Bar with Raised and Un-raised Handles - "Mega Trap Bar Jr".

This trap bar is everything our Mega Trap Bar is except it is not as long and therefore will not hold as many plates (56" vs. 63" long).

Handles are approximately 1-1/8" in diameter, solid steel, knurled in grip areas, and chrome plated.

Use either the raised handles or un-raised handles to vary the range of motion before plates touch the floor.

Bar weighs 54 lbs. Each sleeve has 10" of plate-loadable length.
