Power Ropes - for undulation & Battle Training - The "One Minute Workout"!
Introducing the newest and one of the most time-effective forms of training under the crossfit umbrella: undulation rope training - which is a fancy scientific term for "wave training". These ropes are also commonly referred to as "battle ropes". Improves agility, coordination, balance, and grip!
Available in 3 lengths: 30 ft (17 lbs), 40 ft (23 lbs), and 50 ft (28 lbs). The longer the rope, the heavier it is and thus, the more strength required to pull the rope tight enough to elevate it off the floor and make waves.
