Semi soft ergonomically contoured rubber handle is textured for no-slip confident grip like no other handle out there on the market. The grip "feel" is simply amazing.

Over all length is 16" with up to 4.5" of usable plate loading space at each end - INCLUDING the use of the supplied "star" spin-lock collars.

Handles are solid steel and use any standard plates with 1" hole. (sold separately)

Both the chrome plated spin-lock collars and inner collars are rubberized so plates are tightened snugly to prevent loosening and rattling during exercises.

Coarse threaded and lobed spin-lock collars are quickly spun off and on to make changing poundage a snap.

Handle grips are made of durable neoprene molded on fully chrome plated handle.
