This hard-to-find multi-purpose bar is made from solid steel with protective rubber end bumpers to keep damage down to a minimum. Use this straight cable attachment when a cambered lat bar won't suffice, and a shorter straight curl bar is too short. Long enough to do straight-bar lat pull downs, but short enough to keep from knocking the teeth out of bystanders.
