84" Long x 1" I.D. - Closed Cell Sponge Rubber - (Open Both Ends)

These are the same grips typically used on exercise equipment handle bars to provide a non-slip surface. You may cut a single 84" grip into lengths as needed for your application. Apply rubbing alcohol in liberal amounts to the bar surface for easy installation. These grips are made from the exact same material that cold water pipe insulation is made from. You will also see this same SCE-41 material used to insulate freon lines on residential air conditioning equipment. It is very spongy but closed cell, so it does not absorb an fluids. The outer texture and color is very similar to that of a tire inner tube.
