8" Long x 1" I.D. - Soft Sponge Rubber Handle Grips - (Open Both Ends)

These are the same grips typically used on exercise equipment handle bars to provide a non-slip surface with a soft touch that conforms nicely to the hand. Because they are open-ended, they can be installed away from the end of a 1" bar. For example, a typical use would be installing them over a lat pulldown cable attachment bar towards the center of the bar to gain a comfortable grip.
