The individual pieces of fitness gear work just as well as they did more than 30 years ago. The human anatomy has not changed. These simple but effective modalities were replaced with "fad" type accessories flogged by celebrities on late night infomercials that boomed during the 80's. We offer these in very limited supply in unused, original factory packaging. We do offer the pieces individually as well, and you can save money by buying the kit.
