Each sheet contains only one of each decal. Set starts at 5 lbs. Then 5 lbs thru 150 lbs in 5 lb increments. Then onto 400 lbs in 10 lb increments. You may need to purchase more than one sheet to label dumbbells or multiple weight stacks. For best results, clean surface with rubbing alcohol before applying decals.
