1/2-13 x 1.75" Long Hollow Bolt - Top Plate Threaded Cable Retainer

1/2-13 x 1.75" Long Hollow Bolt - Top Plate Threaded Cable Retainer. Used with 3/16" cable (3/16" with outer jacket stripped off). Cable is inserted into hollow bolt with a stop terminal swaged to end of cable to retain it.

Hollow bolt can be used with or without the optional 1/2-13 jam nut. It is highly recommended that a jam nut is used to prevent loosening of the bolt.

Each end of the hole is chamfered to remove sharp edges so as not to damage cable.

Bolts are zinc plated to protect from rust.

Most weight stacks have a 1/2-13 female thread in the top plate or center selector shaft to accept this bolt. However, there can be exceptions. Some weight stacks us a metric M12-1.75 bolt which looks similar to the 1/2-13 thread. So you may want to verify your threads before purchasing.
