Our 2 lb heavy jump rope is designed for power jump roping to improve tone and agility. Made from solid rubber, this 9 feet long rope feature a swivel joint between the rope and handles for less stress on the wrist joint during exercise and reduces friction for speed jumping. Color coded ocean blue. We also offer a 1lb and 3 lb weighted jump rope.
