This oversized zinc plated flat washer may be used at the exercise end of a cable to grip cable one-handed. Or it may be used as a cable stop between a rubber cable stop ball and swaged (compressed) oval sleeve - thus preventing rubber ball from migrating over the swaged sleeve.
