Contoured Foam Roller - 7" Long x 4" OD x 1" ID - Polyurethane Laminated

These foam rollers have a molded contoured center profile that acts to "holster" the ankles and helps keep them from slipping off during exercising. The curved concave surface more closely matches the natural curvature of the ankles vs. straight foam rollers. They are a direct replacement for leg extension, leg curl, and other machines. Contoured foam rollers are highly desirable to increase user confidence when used on sit-up boards, or performing leg exercises using heavy weights. Polyurethane lamination offers a smooth surface for the feet and to act a barrier to block perspiration from affecting the internal foam material. They will look sharp for a long time and won't break down as fast as bare foam rollers.
