Machined from solid 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum

Sealed ball bearing with steel hubs

Maximum cable size is 3/16" (including jacket coating)

Outside Diameter: 4.5" nominal (4.484" actual measured)

Pulley groove depth is .446" thus making the effective pulley diameter 3.600"" approx.

Pulley itself is 13/16" (.813") wide, so the 1" wide hub sticks out a small amount on each side to clear mounting brackets
