This is nice piece of equipment for the money. Each D-ring is solid steel with chrome plating and attached to nylon webbing with quadruple stitching plus multiple cross-stitching in between D-rings for added strength. Handle is hollow so you can adjust the angle of the handle grip relative to the cable center line.
