12" Long x 1" I.D. - High Density Rubber Handle Grip - (Closed One End)

These are the same grips typically used on exercise equipment handle bars to provide a non-slip surface with a soft touch. Longer grips are frequently found on long handle bars such as those found on multi-hip (AKA "hip flexor") machines where the user needs to employ both wide and narrow grip stances, depending on the exercise being performed. When installing these longer grips, we suggest using rubbing alcohol to pre-lubricate both the bar surfaces and the internal surface of the grip for easy installation. After the alcohol evaporates, the grip is set in place and will not move.
