10 lb Weight Stack Plate - Cast Iron - Gray

Plates are finished in baked-on Hammertone Gray. A final clear coat has been applied for durability.

Each of the three holes in the plate are fitted with press fit nylon bushings that have an I.D. of 1.063" for use with 1" diameter guide rods and 1" diameter center selector shaft.

Dimensions: 4.625" Wide x 10.125" Long x 1" Thick. All 3 bushings have a 1.063" I.D.
